Why Partner with Web3sy?
The children in your programmes are growing up in a world being reshaped by AI, blockchain, and technologies that did not exist a decade ago. The organisations that move now — giving young people real hands-on exposure to these skills while they are still forming their sense of what is possible — are the ones whose students will face the future with genuine confidence. Web3sy is here to help your organisation be one of them. If you run programmes for young people and you want to offer something that is genuinely forward-looking, we built this for you.
Custom rates and programmes are available for registered charities and larger cohorts. If your budget is limited or your cohort is larger than a standard group, talk to us before you assume it is out of reach. We have found ways to make it work before, and we are glad to try again.
At the end of your programme, your organisation receives a detailed outcomes report covering student engagement scores, understanding ratings, qualitative feedback, and completion data — giving you the evidence you need to report back to funders, trustees, and stakeholders.
Small groups of 4 to 6 students
Every student gets the attention they deserve. Our deliberately small group sizes mean no one falls behind, every question gets answered, and every young person finishes the programme with something to be proud of.
100% Online via Google Meets or Zoom
While we do offer on-site classes and courses in custom programmes, there are no venue logistics, no travel requirements, and no infrastructure costs for your organisation. We deliver directly to your students wherever they are, fitting around your existing schedule and timetable.
DBS-enhanced tutors, verified by Web3sy
Every Web3sy tutor holds an Enhanced DBS certificate, and we verify every certificate ourselves before any tutor works with students. You do not have to take our word for it — we have the documentation to back it up.
Completion certificates for every student
If included in your package, every student who finishes a Web3sy track receives a completion certificate — a tangible credential they can add to their portfolio or school record, and a powerful motivator throughout the programme.
How does it work?

Step 1: Outreach
You get in touch via the form or email on this page. No automated sequences, no sales funnel — just a response from a real member of the Web3sy team. There is no commitment at this stage.
Step 2: Discovery Call
We schedule a free 30-minute call to understand your organisation, your students, your goals, and your constraints. We want to know who you serve, what outcomes you need to evidence, what your budget looks like, and what your timeline is. This call shapes everything that follows.
Step 3: Programme Proposal
Based on the discovery call, we prepare a tailored programme proposal covering track selection, group structure, delivery dates, and pricing. This is an iterative process: we share a draft, you tell us what works and what needs adjusting, and we refine it together. We do not lock you into anything until the proposal is exactly right.
Step 4: Contract Signature
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we formalise the agreement in writing. The contract covers scope, pricing, timelines, and reporting commitments — clearly and without ambiguity. No hidden costs, no small-print surprises.
Step 5: Delivery and Outcomes Report
We deliver the programme as agreed. Throughout delivery, we maintain open communication with your team. At the end of every cohort, we provide a full written outcomes report covering student understanding scores, engagement ratings, qualitative feedback, and completion data — everything you need to report back to funders, trustees, and stakeholders.
FAQ
Our pre-made programmes are designed for children aged 8–15, however custom programmes can be made for students up to the ages of 21, while materials can be altered for a broader age range for no additional fee.
Students need a computer or laptop (not a smartphone), a stable internet connection, a Google account, and a Zoom account. That is everything. We do not require any specialist software, paid tools, or hardware beyond this. Most students in UK schools and youth clubs will already have access to what is on this list.
Yes. Every Web3sy tutor holds an Enhanced DBS certificate, and we verify every certificate ourselves before a tutor is approved to deliver any session. We do not rely on self-declaration or take certificates at face value. If you want written confirmation of a tutor’s DBS certification before a programme begins, we will provide it.
At the end of every course, if your programme requires it, you receive a full written outcomes and engagement report. It covers: student understanding scores (gathered via structured post-session feedback on a 1–5 scale), weekly engagement ratings, qualitative student comments, completion rates, and tutor observations. The report is formatted to be useful directly in your own impact reporting, funder updates, or board communications. If your organisation needs a bespoke format, raise it at the discovery call and we will accommodate it.
Yes, and we encourage it. Trial sessions let your team see how we work, and how you may want future sessions to look like. It also gives your students a real taste of the content and the format before any commitment is made. Many of our longest-standing partnerships started with a trial. Book one through a discovery call or by reaching out through our contact form, below.
